BURRELL Five-string DYNAMIC BASS DB0146

DB0146 is a BURRELL Five-string DYNAMIC BASS having:
- A 3-board glued-up Curly Maple Neck twisted aproximately 8 degrees (U.S. Patent No. 4,534,260)
- A Fender-style Compound Radius 24 fret, Rosewood Fretboard, bound with Ebony and having an Ebony inlay from the
Nut to the First fret.
- 3 Shaller-style Bass-side Tuning Machines & 2 Gotoh Compact Treble-side Machines
- A Curly Maple Hollow Body w/Rosewood Binding
- EMG P5B pre-wired Pickups having 2 Volume Controls & 1 Tone Control powered by 2 9-volt Batteries (18 volts of Power)
I designed The Body of DB0146 such that, the Instrument would fit in a standard Fender-style BASS Case. This Body
is twisted such that it is somewhat "form-fitting", though, it is not twisted so much as to preclude fitting it in the
standard Case. If I have to carve a bit of padding out of the Case to accomodate the Instrument...so be it. The
form-fitting shape will demand its own Case some day, but for now a TKL Custom made Case will cost the Buyer $250.00.
